1. Who we are

KuroNest is a home-cleaning service operated by KuroAuto Ltd, based in London, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@kuroauto.com.

2. What we collect

• Registration details: name, email, phone (optional), flat number, building postcode, and how you heard about us.
• Portal account: email address, password (stored hashed), and the plan you select.
• Service records: chosen cleaning plan, cadence, and cleaner assignment.
• Communications: emails you receive from us and their delivery status.
• Basic technical data: browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working.

We do not collect payment card details. No real payments are taken through this site.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your interest and arrange cleaning.
• To send service emails (welcome, plan updates, schedule notes).
• To operate the resident portal you sign in to.
• To keep basic records for our own operations.

Legal bases under UK GDPR: performance of a contract (delivering cleaning you signed up for), legitimate interests (running the service and keeping it secure), and consent (where you tick a box).

4. Sharing and processors

We share personal data only with providers that help us run the service:

• Hosting & database: Lovable Cloud, for the website and resident portal.
• Email delivery: our transactional email provider, for account and service emails.
• Sign-in: Google, when you choose to sign in with a Google account.
• Cleaners: assigned cleaners see only the flat number and first name needed to do the job.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies

We use only strictly-necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in to the resident portal and to remember basic preferences. We do not run advertising trackers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep resident and service records while your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle enquiries and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and we will remove personal data we are not required to keep.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to certain uses, and to withdraw consent. Email info@kuroauto.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy, you can contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

8. Security

Data is transferred over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed. Access to the admin dashboard is restricted to authorised staff. We use row-level access rules so residents only see their own information in the portal. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure.

9. Children

KuroNest is intended for adult residents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

10. Data safety for the installable app

• The KuroNest installable app is a web app added to your home screen. It does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, files, or location.
• Data collected is limited to what you enter in the portal (name, email, plan choice) plus basic session cookies.
• Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
• You can request deletion of your account and data at any time via info@kuroauto.com.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do.
